Helpful Hints about your Boost (Volusion) Catalog

Order Handling

When you receive an order confirmation email message, do NOT use the email message to fulfill the order. This is a bad idea. You need to log into the Volusion Admin area and look at the order details. Ensure that the customer and order details make sense. Check the Fraud Score and if it is higher than "1%" then look at the Fraud Score details that are available for the order. Based upon the customer and order details, including the Fraud Score, determine if you wish to accept and fulfill the order, or if you wish to reject and cancel the order. Make sure you update the status of an order once it has been fulfilled or canceled.
