Updating Provisions of Your Termly Website Policies

Termly and Orgill require each dealer to review their website policies annually and to make any needed revisions whenever necessary.

If you need to update your business and/or website information that is used within all of your website policies, refer to: Changing Your Website and Business Information in Termly.

If you need to change certain provisions or settings within one or more of your policies, follow the instructions below. Conditions include items such as: dispute resolutions, whether you have users from certain countries or of certain age, what information about users you're collecting etc.

Updating provisions or settings for Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions or Return Policy

  1. Go to https://termly.io/
  2. Select [Sign In] and enter your Termly login details
  3. You will be taken to the dashboard for your website
  4. On the left-hand side of the screen select Policies
  5. Select Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions or Return Policy (if configured)
  6. At the top right-hand corner of the screen select EDIT
  7. Modify answers to the policy questions and select [SAVE & NEXT] for each subsequent question
  8. For the last question titled "Version Date" enter today's date and select [PUBLISH]
Changes will be automatically applied to the specific website policy that you updated.
It might take up to 24 hours for updated information to be displayed on your website.
Unlike other policies, your Cookie Policy can only be updated by regenerating it. Follow the steps in this Help Article to do this: Updating Termly Cookie Policy and Adding a New Policy Id to Your Website
