Find an Order (Impact Transactional Catalog)

Transactional or Non-Transactional Catalog

Instructions

Log in to your Impact catalog's Admin Area (Elastic Path platform)

Click the "Orders" navigation link

This will generate a list of the orders submitted by your online customers. The list will be sorted with the most recent orders at the top of the list.

Optionally, if you wish to search for a specific order, you have two options:
  1. Enter the desired customer name or email address into the Search box; OR
  2. Click "Add Filter", select the field you wish to filter the order listing by, and then enter the text to look for.
You will see the following for each order in the listing:
  • Customer name and email address
  • Order Date
  • Items (the number of line items in the order)
  • Total (dollar amount)
  • Payment Status (which you can change)
  • Shipping Status (which you can change)
  • Status (overall order status)
  • Order Number (unique order number, this field can be enabled or disabled for this listing)

To view or work on any of the orders, click that row's Customer name/email.

To return to the list of orders, click "All orders" near the top of the page.
