Each staff person should have their own individual login account.

Your catalog admin login URL is your store URL plus "/admin" added to the end of the domain name.

For example, if your website URL is mycompany.com, then your catalog URL is probably store.mycompany.com (or similar). Just add "/admin" to your catalog URL to get your catalog admin URL. Using the above example, it would be: store.mycompany.com/admin

If you don't know what your catalog URL is, just go to your website and click on the link for your catalog. The link might be called Shop Online, Online Store, Catalog, Products, etc. Then look in your browser's address line to see the catalog's URL.
