My Email Reply Bounced: Was Not Delivered (Zoho Forms)
What Happened
A customer sent you a request or comment using the online request form on your website. You attempted to respond to this message but received an error report (a "bounce-back report") which said:
"Your message to no-reply-zohoform@emerge2.com has been blocked."
"550 5.7.1 Your email reply was rejected because the recipient is unknown. Please visit the following URL for more information: https://desk.emerge2.com/portal/en/kb/articles/zohoforms-email-reply-bounced - This address is not monitored. Emerge2 Digital Inc."
Why Did This Happen?
The system that sends the customer's request from your online form to your mailbox is, unfortunately, unable to configure the email message so that replies go directly back to the customer's email address.
However, the customer's email address is displayed within the body of the email message. So you can respond, but not by just hitting the [Reply] or similar button.
How Do I Respond to the Customer?
Copy the customer's email address from the body of the email message, then start to Forward the customer's request. When prompted for "To:" then paste the customer's email address into the "To:" prompt.
Add your response to the message and send it.
