Your SSL has expired for {site_domain_name} (in Admin area)

Situation: You see the following error message as soon as you log into your Volusion (Boost catalog) Admin area:

Your SSL has expired for {site_domain_name} [ORDER NOW]

SSL security certificates help to keep your site secure. They are required. They also expire and need to be renewed periodically.

Clicking the [ORDER NOW] button will not work since all of the Orgill/Boost related Volusion sites are managed in a central area by Orgill and/or Emerge2.

If the Admin area of your Volusion site (Boost catalog) is generating this error message, then submit a ticket at https://help.emerge2.com/ and we will look into it and renew your SSL if necessary.

Please include the following in your ticket:
  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Site domain name
  • The actual error message you are receiving (or attach a screenshot of the error)
