Incorrect Price on a SKU in Boost Catalog
If you encounter a product in your boost catalog which has the incorrect retail price showing, inform Emerge2 Support about it by sending an email to
support@emerge2.com.
Please include the following information in your email message:
- The address or URL of your boost catalog, e.g. store.mycompany.com
- The SKU of the product: e.g. 1234567
- The incorrect price which is showing: e.g. $149.95
- The correct price that should be showing: e.g. $164.95
- Optionally, any other relevant details about the situation
If you have incorrect pricing on more than one product, then include the SKU, incorrect price & should-be price for each such product.
