Reporting Issues with Orgill Product Data (Impact)
The Orgill Impact catalog contains tens of thousands of products. Occasionally, you might notice a product that is assigned to an incorrect category or that might have other incorrect product data.
If you notice an issue like that, please report it directly to the Orgill Product Data team by emailing them at pimhelp@orgill.com
Please note that this reporting method is not for retail product pricing issues, which are often related to your dealer-specific retail pricing profile or other issues. In other words, the Orgill Product Data team does not deal with retail product pricing issues.
In your email about a product data issue, include the product SKU in question and the issue (i.e. what you believe is incorrect about that product). For example:

Orgill Product Data team,
We have noticed that the following SKUs in the Orgill Impact catalog are assigned to incorrect categories:

Wrong Category: Kitchenware / Small Appliances / Pizza Oven
Please look into it.
These notifications can be sent to Orgill from anyone, e.g. dealers, Emerge2, etc.
