Accepting Your Elastic Path Login Invitation

This Help Article describes how to create your account by accepting an invitation from Elastic Path.

The Elastic Path system will send you a login invitation by email. The email should look as follows:
To: (you)
Subject: You’re invited to an Elastic Path Commerce Cloud store

Welcome to Elastic Path!
You've been invited to join the _____________________ store in Elastic Path Commerce Cloud.
...
Note that the invite link expires in 36 hours.
...
Accept Invite
NOTE: Invitation will expire. Accept it soon.
  1. Choose "Accept Invite".
  2. You will be taken to Elastic Path website.
  3. On Elastic Path website enter you Full name and Password (minimum of 8 characters).
  4. Select [Create your account] to finish creating your account.

Expired Invitations

If your invitation expired, email support@emerge2.com with the following request:
Subject: Request to resend invitation to Elastic Path

My invitation for Elastic Path expired.

Please resend the invitation.
