Receiving Notifications about Customer Reviews from Google Business

If you have a Google Business Account you might want to receive notifications each time someone leaves a review for your business.

Here's how to enable customer review notifications:
  1. Go to https://business.google.com/
  2. Sign in to the Google Account you use to manage your Business Profile.
  3. Choose Businesses.
  4. Choose a business location for which you want to receive review notifications.
  5. Go to the sidebar on the left and click Settings.
  6. Find the notification called Customer reviews.
  7. Turn the switch on next to Customer reviews to receive an email notification each time someone leaves a review for your business:

The notifications will go to the email address of the Google Account you are logged into when you enable Customer review notifications.
