Google Payment Profile - Add/Update Credit Card

Overview

This article outlines the steps to update or add a credit card to a Google Ads Payment Profile through the Payments Center.
You may have received a notification from Emerge2 regarding this process.
A credit card is required before Google Ads can resume for your Digital Marketing Program with Emerge2.

Process

  1. Go to https://payments.google.com/
  2. Log in with the email address that was added to your Google Ads payment profile.
  3. Select the payment profile in question (if you have more than one) from the dropdown in the top right between the Bell Icon, and the Question Mark Icon.

  4. Click the Payment methods heading:

  5. You can then Remove, Edit, or Add additional payment cards

Result

Once you have completed the process of adding or updating a credit card:
  1. Ads will be able to resume on the Google Ads account relative to your Digital Marketing Program with Emerge2.
  2. Please respond to the Email you received from Emerge2 about this process to advise that you have completed the above steps, OR if you have any questions or require assistance.
