Context
If your domain name is currently just using Google Email to forward messages to your regular email service provider (Hotmail, Live, Outlook, Gmail, etc.), then our Email Forwarding service might be an option for your domain name.
To qualify, your domain name needs to meet all of the following characteristics:
- Client users do not use any of the Google services, e.g. no Google Mail, no Google Drive files, no Google Calendar, no Google Photos, etc.
- Clients just forward each of their Google mailboxes/users to an external email address such as hotmail, live, outlook, yahoo, gmail.com, sasktel.net, etc.
- Clients do not use Google web services to read their email, but read their email using the external email service that their messages are forwarded to, e.g. Outlook, Hotmail, Yahoo, etc.
Emerge2 Email Forwarding Service
As an alternative option to paying Google monthly for each and every email address, Emerge2 has created the E2EmailForwarding service.
Instead of paying Google USD$6.00/CAD$7.80 per month per email address, E2EmailForwarding is $10/month for up to 5 email addresses (plus a one-time setup fee of $40).
Note: The pricing is not per email address. It is bulk pricing for a group of email addresses. If you meet all of the above qualifications (including not using any Google services, e.g. no Google Mail, no Google Drive files, no Google Calendar, no Google Photos) and only want each of the email addresses on your domain name to be automatically forwarded to a different email address, then E2EmailForwarding might be a good option for your domain name.

After initial setup, if you add additional email addresses to your group in the future, there will be another one-time setup fee for the additional addresses. Your monthly fee will only change if the additional addresses alter the total number of addresses into another group (see above chart).
