For Digital Marketing Programs, all of the fees for the labor and related activities is invoiced to you by Emerge2, with the exception of "media buys".

Media buys are the charges from the advertising platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) for actual ads over a period of time.

Media buys are billed directly to your credit card by the advertising platform(s).

Transactions from Google Ads show up on your credit card statement as "GOOGLE *AD...". There will usually be 1-2 such transactions per month.

Transactions from Facebook Ads show up on your credit card statement as "FACEBK ...". In your first two months of service, Facebook will generate multiple small credit card transactions. These first few transactions have very small dollar amounts. Once the Facebook system has multiple successful transactions with your credit card, it gradually increases the "billing threshold amount" to be higher and higher. Eventually, you should only receive one or two transactions per month from Facebook after your first two months of advertising.
